Symptom

Ghost admin interface fails to load.

No content is displayed on the screen.

Loading spinner remains indefinitely.

Cause

Incorrect database connection settings.

Configuration file contains outdated credentials.

Solution

Update the database connection settings in the configuration file.

Ensure the credentials match the current database access details.

Verify

Check the database connection properties in the configuration file.

Verify that the hostname, username, and password are correct.

Expected result:

Admin interface loads successfully.

All content is displayed without delay.

Notes

Ensure that the configuration file is backed up before making changes.

Changes to the database settings require a restart of the application.
